Progesterone in subsequent pregnancies

A few years ago when having dc1 I took progesterone after multiple losses. I had tests and nothing came back from them so was offered as I precaution which led to a healthy pregnancy.

Planning on speaking to the doctor if I can as I wouldn't want it to be the case of what if but was wondering from those on here have you used progesterone in all pregnancies? I'm not sure if low progesterone ( assuming that is what
I have though not confirmed) can correct itself.
