Baby boys scan

Hi people, I've just had my early gender scan at 16+1. Baby was upside down and had to lay on side to try get to see gender. We did gender reveal its a boy!! The scan doesn't look really clear though to me. What do you guys think x

It does look like a boy to me. Based on my scans of two boys

Agree it’s not the clearest photo but the sonographer will have got good views before they said one way or another - so I would try to relax and believe what they said!

With my second I had a private scan at 16w and it was the most unclear, difficult scan ever. After 3 tries, the sonographer eventually said boy and presented us with a very blurred image that we didn't trust at all. At the 20w scan we were told girl so didn't know who to believe! Anyway he's a boy and the private place was correct. I'd trust them as they are actually specifically looking for the sex and are probably used to babies in difficult positions. You can ask them to double check at the 20w scan but they may not and also there are lots of checks they need to do so don't have time to faff if the baby isn't cooperating.
