C section has fucked up my back !

Had a c section 2 weeks ago 3weeks earlier than planned it took them an hour and 10mins to get into my spin to numb it was extremely painful my first c section was a breeze now I’m in agony with my back I keep going numb and tingling mid wife let me speak to the woman who done it but of course she’s saying there’s nothing wrong (how would she know she can’t feel my body) she hasn’t even checked me this was all over a phone call , I can’t stop taken pain killers to try and ease this agony

I dont know if this will reassure but didn't want to read and run.
I have had a spinal for leg surgery before, took a few attempts to get in and afterwards had numbness/painful tingling in one leg (not the operated leg), the anaesthesist said there was no correlation
It took 6 weeks for it to go back to normal which it did.
I know its not helpful right now but I did read it can take a few weeks for nerves to recover

I had a sharp stabbing in my back randomly but quite often after my c section; I don’t get it anymore though. I can’t remember exactly when it stopped doing it; perhaps after 5/6 months PP? She’s 16 months now and there’s nothing to suggest I have a c section except my scar and if I exert myself I can feel it in my scar like a sort of ache or pull, not painful just aware of it.

They attempted to get an epidural in for my 2nd, spent more time complaining that I wasn't bending far enough forward (I was huge). He never managed to get it in the right place so it did nothing and was removed. I could feel where he'd been poking about in there for months but it did pass. I've had a spinal with twins since then and they had no trouble at all so it felt fine after.
