Look up spinningbabies, they have all different moves

I'm no expert but my understanding is that bouncing on the ball is the worst thing you can do - it'll encourage baby to sink lower and get more comfy still in the breech position.
I have managed to get my breech baby to turn now at 35 weeks (although he might have just as easily done it on his own, who knows), by spending time on my hands and knees, polar bear pose, leaning forwards onto my ball, basically inverted positions that create space and get baby away from your spine. My consultant reckons that none of this helps if baby wants to stay breech but midwives all agreed that it might work. Definitely no sitting on the ball and bouncing though and avoid hip opening exercises.

Mine was breech at 33 weeks
TBH I didn't do anything and she was head down again at 36 weeks
I never felt her turn either
