anyone know the current guidelines for this?

i dont drink tea or coffee very much at all (one cup every few days perhaps) but do like pop!

Gosh i dont know - in my 1st two pregnancies (DS's) i used to practically LIVE on coke (but totally went off tea or coffee)... Am pg again (6 weeks) still enjoying tea (and Coke) so will be interested to find this out!

Look on Kelly moms website. It tells you how much you can have. I think pop has less than tea and coffee.

hmmm

i heard that it MAY affect early miscarriage but that is all........

i avoided caffeine as much a possible first time round but am being much more lax this time,,,,
