I still have it at 18+4. I’ve got coping techniques now, eating little and often helps, I don’t cook any more as can’t face it, either food is cooked for me or I eat snacks/ fruit/ pre pack salads/ yoghurt/ sandwiches/ things that can just go in the oven or microwave. If I don’t fancy something I don’t make myself eat it. Haven’t actually thrown up in about a week although there have been quite a few times when I thought I was going to, sometimes taking deep breaths helps make the worst of it pass.

Don’t be ashamed to get anti emetics though if you need them.

I’m just eating little and often. I don’t really eat much in the evenings either as that seems to be the worst time for me!
