i keep waking up with really achey legs it almost feels like ive spent the night sleeping in a really confined space you know when you trying to sleep on the plane and you just want to stretch yoiur legs out but you cant and they just ache. Ive got a big double bed to myself so have plenty of room. Im also starting to feel sick evenings and mornings are these all normal symptoms in the third tremester?

Afraid so - try eating a banana a day, and keep your milk intake fairly high - this will keep your levels of potassium, calcium and magnesium fairly high, and a lack of these all seems to contribute to achey/restless/crampy legs.

sounds like restless legs. oh the pleasures of pregnancy!
I used to get it really badly - I didn't find anything totally made it go away, but stretching my calves and quads always really helped. I used to lean on the banister with 1 leg slightly bent beneath me and the other one stretched out straight, heel to the ground behind me.

I've just been complaining about this on my antenatal thread!
It has been better for me the last few nights since I started eating more bananas but it still hasn't completely gone. And yes, I second it being exactly like the growing pains you get as a teenager...
