13 weeks mild cramping

I'm 13 week and iv been cramping for a while this afternoon it is mild but I did have sex last night could it be irritated? Iv no bleeding

Is it like period cramps?

If so, I had this a lot this pregnancy early on (probably until around 16 or so weeks), no bleeding though so I wasn't overly worried - everything is stretching to make room x
