I've heard wearing a postpartum girdle can help shape your belly once you have given birth, I was just wondering if anyone has tried this and if it worked in shrinking your belly back down again and also which brand and type would you suggest because there are so many to choose from! Thanks

Don't rely on girdle to tighten everything back up because it's a load of bull.

Do core strength building exercises instead. I managed to repair bad diastasis recti after huge twins with strength training. Those stupid support belt things did feck all!!

Honestly just find a great post natal pilates teacher. You need to work the muscles from the pelvic floor, lower abdominals and upper in a safe way

I have to agree that exercise is the only solution here.

Post twins I walked a lot with some swimming.
I would recommend Pilates though having taken this up since then but get an instructor.
