Bleeding 5+1

Hi,
I started bleeding yesterday at 5+1. I spotted a little streaky blood when wiping on one occasion in the evening. I woke up a few times in the night and checked and no blood. Still nothing when I got this morning. After being up about 20 mins, I checked again and had blood on the pad and then when wiping more blood. I have had no pain. I've tried ringing the early pregnancy unit and they not answering it just keeps ringing. It's hard not to think the worse. I'm not even sure whether when I eventually get through to the unit whether they will ask me to come in.
This is my 3rd pregnancy and never had bleeding in my previous 2.

Try not to worry unless it’s really heavy! I had bleeding around that time for about a week just when I wiped and I panicked so much but now I’m 22 weeks and everything is normal! Hopefully it’ll be the same for you xx

When I miscarried, they were worried about bleeding and cramping together - I had cramps and brown discharge. If it's just spotting it's might not be such a concern.
I didn't realise at the time but the beta blood tests were the most useful. EPU made me take them a week apart, which was a torturous wait. I'm newly pregnant again and if it happens I'll go to a private walk in clinic and have two betas 48 hours apart -£50 a pop and I'll know if it's not doubling instantly and that something might be up. Just mentioning because I'd have loved to know this for reassurance when I was panicking and googling for 2-3weeks

I'm 9+3 I have bled on and off the whole time! Only when I wipe it's so strange, it's my first pregnancy too so I was really worried but midwife says it can be normal and we had a scan 2 weeks ago and everything was looking as it should with a heartbeat so try not to worry x
