Abdominal pain 16 weeks

Since about 6pm I’ve had cramping, fairly painful. Went for a lie down and now I’m awake at 2am and it’s so uncomfortable. It’s constant too, so not sure if it’s round ligament pain. I’m supposed to phone the gp before 20 weeks but obviously it’s out of hours and tomorrow is bank holiday. Not sure if it’s sever enough to seek help or not, not sure what to do.

Hey, I had similar and it was round ligament pain when I eventually saw the docs thinking it might have been a UTI. It is supposed to go away but mine stuck around for over a week, constant pain. Even now t's not agony but there's a constant lingering dull pain. Where is the pain? For me it started on my right hand side at the pelvis and radiated out, even when resting. If it gets really bad can you call your maternity unit?

I’m having really bad pain on my middle and upper left. I’m 19weeks and I’ve spoke to I midwifes and triage who all say it sounds like a pulled stomach muscle.. trying not to freak out but I’m Hobbling around trying not to hurt it more and just taking painkillers. It felt like a stitch when it first happened and now it’s just painful.. nobody seemed concerned it was any harm to baby.
