Wierd Boobs

This is kinda embarassing. I've looked on the net and in my pregnancy book but can't find it anywhere.

My right nipple is extremely hard ALL the time (the areola bit not just the nipple bit) also the veins on my boobs become really prominent at night.

Is all this normal?

Hi Sleepy, I'm 33+4, is this normal?
Seems really strange. Wouldn't mind if it was in both but it's just the one side. Is this a signal of milk coming?
