Best double pushchair for a newborn and an 18 month old? Don't particularly want to be spending £1000+ and would be happy to look for a second-hand one, just need a brand that's good quality Thankyou in advance

I got a mountain buggy duet second hand in really good condition. It was great as still narrow enough to get through doorways. The hood on the bassinet was a pain though, kept falling down. And it was heavy. I only used it for a couple of months as my age gap was bigger (2 years) and moved on to a single buggy and buggy board but I sold the Duet on for the same price I paid for it. They hold their value well.

If you don’t find second hand, our redkite twinni has been fine and survived the whole way through. It was £189 new.

Out n About Nipper Double - narrow enough for doorways. Robust enough for all terrain.

We had a ZeTa Vooom for our twins which was great from baby to toddler. Was in/out the car a lot and did loads of walking the dog with it, lightweight, maneuverable, fit through most doorways and was really good value. We got ours from baby travel (online) and have got the single version for this baby.

Absolutely loved my baby jogger city mini double with a 17m gap. So I've bought again for a 22m gap 10y later.

Narrow enough for standard doors and shops, lasts until 4ish. You can buy bassinet and car seat adapters for some ages of model.

Oh and one handed fold so so easy
