Mild bleeding at 28 weeks

Hi,

I've had a mild bleed when I wiped. Incredibly sore down below (as though there's a bowling ball between my legs) had a look, I'm swollen.

I have rhesus negative blood and baby has positive so I will need anti d. I'm on my way to the MAU now.

Has anyone else had this and everything be normal? I'm 28 weeks, no sex for about 3 weeks, I had a midwife appointment and she said he was head down but that's entirely normal.

Little bit worried, trying to stay calm and not send myself into an anxious panic. I just have so much pressure down below

As you can see on attached pic, not much blood. I still have to get the anti d injection. Just worried with the pressure feeling too.

@Ragoo I would call MAU. I had this last night and was seen immediately. Usually nothing but they'll want to check baby's heart rate and cervix. Good luck xx

I had spotting on and off from 26-28 weeks, I called triage a few times and was never asked to be seen. I do know I have a polyp on my cervix though, so could be caused by something like that, or general inflammation, best to get checked though ☺️

All checks on my cervix seem okay and the baby's heart rate is lovely no issues with the baby. They think it's a water infection, so they're just doing some tests while I have a coffee and wait for the anti d Injection.

They think it's unrelated to my cervix but as I've bled I still need the injection.

No pain or issues though, thankfully
