Have you tried reflexology while pregnant?

I’m currently about 30 weeks and finding this third pregnancy the hardest. I imagine that’s because two boys (4 and 2.5) I cant relax during this pregnancy like I did with the previous ones 😂

I was reading that quite a lot of women found reflexology useful from about 28/30 weeks as a way to help with swollen feet and other aches and pains.

I was wondering if anyone here has any experience with reflexology while pregnant and would love to get your thoughts!!

(If all else fails it’s a way to get a foot rub, right?! Haha)

Me 😁
I had an appointment last week at 36 weeks and have another booked for 39 weeks (hoping that one may kick start labour) haha.
She avoided any parts that could induce labour and it really helped me to relax and reduce some of the swelling I’ve had.
Just make sure you book in with someone really experienced so you know it’s safe. X

I had it for the first time last week, the massage itself was really nice probably the best one I've had for feet.

I'm not that swollen (yet) but she did say it helps with swollen feet.
