Weird digestion problem (likely TMI)

Can't believe I'm posting this but I don't feel like it's a midwife/GP job yet...
I have had occasional constipation. Had it last night and 'resolved' it but since then have been in a fair bit of pain, have lost count of how many times I've 'been' today but it's not diarrhoea. Have been in bed and not eaten all day, have been sipping water. Feel a bit sick but think that's the lack of food. Even now my stomach/intestines feel 'tight'.

I'm only 20 weeks so still plenty of room for baby who, fortunately, has been wriggling away as normal so other than being a bit confused by what the neighbouring organs are doing is likely okay.

Anyone else had this, do I worry? When will it end? 😂 I've taken no medication or supplements since Monday so not a reaction. Have eaten normally.

Well update in case anyone else has the same in a future search, the sickness has begun and DP says he has been the same all afternoon so looks like something we've eaten.

Hey, sorry you’re unwell. I guess it’s nice you know where it’s come from? Pregnancy does all sorts of odd things to your system though, so I wouldn’t have been worried!
Do you know what caused it?

One of us thinks takeaway and the other thinks milk (DD likes to turn the fridge down...) So I'm having a mumsnet classic wobble about listeria now 😂 feel a lot more human today though. It really knocks you for six doesn't it!
