First period after miscarriage

Just wanted any advice. I know they say your period will return 4 to 6 weeks after a miscarriage, but can anyone confirm is this 4 to 6 weeks after the miscarriage first started or 4 to 6 weeks from when u got a negative pregnancy test after the miscarriage, hope this makes sense

Me period returned exactly 4 weeks after the actual miscarriage, about 2 weeks after my negative test

All mine I'd get 1st period about 2 weeks after a negative home test. The time between miscarriage to negative test varied quite a bit depending on the gestation I reached and was very long after getting an infection with the 1st one.

My period came 7 weeks after MMC x
