Third nipple during pregnancy??

Hi guys, I've always had a tiny third nipple basically where my bra sits under my boobs, I'm 17 weeks pregnant and it's gotten much bigger and has some sensitivity to it which I've never had before. Anybody else experienced this??

There are two primitive milk lines, one running down each side of your chest and abdomen, OP. In many mammals, there are paired nipples spaced all along them, eg in sows.

In one in 200 people, accessory nipples appear anywhere along the milk line.
I remember hearing of a patient with multiple nipples being rather miffed with a surgeon who asked how many DC she had. On being told two, he chuckled “and the table set for ten!”

My DSis had this when pregnant and I think she covered it with a dressing when it bothered her/rubbed on her bra.

You may or may not know, but Harry Styles also has two extra nipples so you're in good company!

Yes it's following the milk line and is getting more sensitive and bigger in pregnancy just like the normal nipples do. If it's sore or irritating you you could speak to your doctor to see if they had any suggestions.
