so i assume i'm allowed 1 coffee a day but i've been craving cold coffee or frappe from starbucks etc, it's so weird for me especially because it's not necessarily "good" for you and i've never really been a big coffee drinker! anyone else had this?? Smile

You may be lacking some of the vitamins which coffee contains, most craving are rooted from a deficiency. If you don't already take a pregnancy multivitamin, adding one in can help.
You can have more than one coffee a day though, just switch them all to decafe and stay within the recommende daily limits.

My craving with my son was caramel frappe's!! I had one almost every other day and he is one healthy, cheeky and happy boy. Go for it Smile x

Me! With my last pregnancy I was completely obsessed with caramel lattes then moved onto frappes in the summer months. Had a row with a barista who was determined to give me decaf (I also had a 2 year old so preciously counting my caffeine allowance). I don’t normally drink sweet coffee so no idea where it came from!
