Currently 40+1 Anyone Else Over Due?

40+1 with baby #4 and soooo fed up but soooo nervous for the labour/birth too!

Anyone else over due and want to rant ?

No, I'm 37+3 with baby 5 BUT I have gone waaaaaay over with the others and so I imagine I will be with this one too.

1st was 42wks (induced) 2nd was 41+3 (spontaneous) 3rd 42wks (induced) 4th was 40+1 (induced at 40wks due to size) and I'm booked in at 41wks on the dot with this one due to being 41yrs.

So I'm sure in 2.5wks I will be posting similar.

When did your others arrive?

Awhh I really don't want to be induced which I will be on 1st June if she's not here by then!!
How were your inductions?..

1st 40+6 natural
2nd 40+5 natural
3rd 40+3 natural
I am now 40+3 with this one but no sign yet 😔x

Sorry I missed you had replied, hopefully you've had some action now?

My inductions with 3 and 4 we're fine. 3 was a quick and easy birth, 4 took longer as 40wks was early for me but was much better and easier still than my eldest .

Hi, I am 41 weeks today and have been having contractions on and off for days and days, so frustrating. We’ve been discussing it over in the May babies thread. There are many just the same.

@BurningBenches I had a sweep today midwife said I was 1 and a half cm dilated and she could touch babies head so that was good, had a few cramps and contractions earlier but now laying in bed and nothing 😔..

@LittleTiger007 I did comment on the May thread too :)

@LittleTiger007 anything started for you?? I was meant to have my second sweep today but she couldn't even do it she couldn't get to my cervix apparently and it hurt so bad but don't understand why she couldn't do it when the midwife the other day did? So now just hoping baby comes before induction on Wednesday 😪

Nothing here either and desperately hoping something happens before possible induction Thursday. I never expected this crazy wait.
