Two positive two negative? Can't make it out

I'm 4 months PP, exclusively breastfeeding and have the copper coil in but did get intimate before getting it put in but we did be careful?

Still not got my time of the month either but I know this is common with bf

What do yous think

Id say negative i took the cross clearblue ones and got what i thought was a positive but it turns out those tests are notorious for evap lines with blue dye
