Light bleed & Faint test - unsure what steps next ?

I had a very short bleed around my period time now having a faint positive

I’m a bit anxious as I’m on so much medication, waiting to speak to doctor tomorrow

Anyone been in this situation? Did you wait and have bloods or have to go into doctors . I don’t seem to remember from last time as was a long time ago

Had similar happen over ten years ago so I’m so nervous, Any experiences welcome

If you've tested after your period was due and only got a faint line it may be a faulty test. You would usually have a fairly strong line after AF is due if your cycles are fairly regular. I'd leave it a few days and then test again. If that test is positive call your GP to be referred to the midwife, or in some places you can self refer to them.

Thank you - asked them to ring me as I don’t want to be taking my pain medication etc
