So after 4 years of hell in my life

Just recently found out I'm pregnant
Just going on 7 weeks

The fear of miscarriage has consumed me
Not sleeping
Can't seem to do much and I'm constantly thinking of it

Any tips please
I know it's early days

Congratulations!

Book a private scan. You will see a heartbeat at 7 weeks.

Hi and congratulations!

To be brutally honest - u don’t have any control over it so you may as well just take it day by day. Worrying will make your pregnancy not as enjoyable and it’s needless unless you have a reason to worry!

Try to meditation and mindfulness to keep you grounded. Enjoy.

I don't know how to help you calm your nerves. I am on my first pregnancy and was consumed with doubts and pessimism until my scan at 8w3d yesterday. I was constantly looking at chance of miscarriage, missed miscarriage and every symptom or lack of symptom. Unfortunately Mumsnet doesn't help when you read about other people's negative experience. I'm now a lot more chilled because after a heartbeat the miscarriage rate drops significantly so hopefully that will help you.

Agree with stop reading mumsnet. It's a place a lot of women come for support following baby loss and therefore it seems more common than it is.
Speak to your midwife and get yourself referred tk the perinatal mental health team. They can give you support for your anxieties.
