Headaches in TWW

Hi... has anyone have really bad headaches whilst in the TWW? ive had one on and off for 5 days now and feeling a bit dizzy when getting up... also had some brown spotting yesterday. Dont know if im just clutching at straws here... advice please 🙏

I did lasted to about 12 weeks.

Paracetamol is safe to take.
