Calling Water Birthers!

Good afternoon ladies!

Just a question about my birthing pool. It's all set up in my front room now (oh and is SMELLS so divine!!) and i was just wondering if it's ok to fill up a third of the pool (for example) with cold water so that when d-day happens, i can just top up with hot water via the hose? Obviously if it's been sat there for a week, we will pump it out and refill again.

Is this ok?

Our cold pressure is fab so yeah, i can see your point about not bothering! Our hot water pressure, on the other hand, is particularly pants. I only hope baby doesn't come before the temperature is ok!!
