Hello!
I'm coming up to week 25 of our pregnancy and the bloat is unreal. As soon as I get to lunch time I am so uncomfortable and just want to take all my clothes off. I'm drinking plenty of water and not eating huge portions.
Does anyone have any ideas or know of any remedies we are able to take to help reduce it?
It doesn't help that the backache has also kicked in! I think I'm falling apart lol.
