Pregnancy multivitamin recommendations?

The multivitamins I'm taking are like missiles, I've been fine so far taking them, but today and yesterday, as I try to swallow them, it sets me off nearly vomiting and I end up in tears downing milk/water/anything to get it down.
It's ridiculous.

Anyway, are there any brands that are smaller? I am not enjoying this 🤣

Pregnacare do a liquid version you could try

Sanatogen Mum to Be aren’t too big. I struggled to find them though, but Sainsbury’s stock them.

I'd recommend the pregnacare liquid as well. It has an orange flavour and you keep it in the fridge so it pretty palatable.

I had hyperemesis and found it near impossible to swallow the tablets.

I much prefer the seven seas tablets - much easier to take and don't make me feel ill like the pregnacare ones did!

Another vote for Pregnacare liquid. I had the tablets for ages but started suffering HG and I couldnt swallow them. Whenever I tried, I would literally projectile vomit.
The liquid version has been absolutely fine though.

Together Health prenatal vitamins are a lot smaller than other ones I've tried
