Long lasting headaches

Anyone else struggling with a persistent headache in their first trimester? I'm 10 weeks and I wake up with it!! It's been here for about a week now, I can't always feel it but its so annoying! It just aches now and again, it's been really bad twice rendering me useless and in bed! I haven't taken anything for pain relief as it's every day so I figure to take something every day would be unsafe. If it's still here by our date night next Friday then I will have to take one paracetamol to get through the night!

I had this in the first trimester for a few weeks I think. It was every afternoon. I took paracetamol every day in the end. Good old pregnancy, eg?! Maybe mention to the midwife?

I have this and am 17 weeks now. I can't just stay in bed which I wish I could but I have 2 dc to get to school, so I end up taking paracetamol every second day. I also use steroid nasal spray and drink loads of water to try and head off the pregnancy rhinitis and dehydration, but not much luck.

I had awful headaches in first trimester and well into second. Still getting them occasionally now towards end of second. I took paracetamol (was nervous to at first and tried not to, but doc/midwife assured me it was ok and that impact of headaches would be worse for me - eg I wasn't sleeping properly etc). Like pp also lots of steroid nasal spray as bad congestion was massive contributing factor to the headaches. Also breathe right nasal strips overnight, steaming and drinking bucket loads of water!

I've been having them really bad!! They spread into my face and I end up just in a massive panic crying because I can't do anything when they get bad!! I went to the doctors and got antibiotic spray for my nose, as doctor thought it was sinusitis! After a week of using the spray they've more or less gone! Worth asking your doctor❤️❤️❤️

Snap. Been suffering constantly with migraines which are severe for 24 hours but tail off to a constant headache. Paracetamol hasnt helped at all so spoke to my GP for advice.
The said over the counter Co-Codamol is fine to use for the odd dose just to take the edge off and it really has helped.
Alot of the headaches could be dehydration related especially if struggling with nausea and vomiting.
