I've been cramping really bad today. They come on and then they do go but the pain is like a stabbing pain and rather uncomfortable
Should I be worried?

@potterfan2021 didn't want to read and run. The reality is, cramps at this stage there is nothing you can do - it could just be stretching etc but if it was heading for miscarriage there's nothing to stop it etc. I had one at 5 weeks last year and was just left to it with the advice of take a test again in a week to confirm no longer pregnant.

Take some paracetamol if needed, hot water bottle if uncomfortable and rest up.

Hope all turns out ok x
