what's normal feral movement at 17 weeks??

im 17 weeks and i've been feeling little movements from about 14 weeks (my 2nd baby) and i'm feeling more kicks than flutters! but they're really low down! and also i don't feel them every day, is this normal?? i can't remember with my first TIA

Yes I remember feeling flutters at 16 weeks
