Lucy and Yak dungarees?

So I’m 31 weeks pregnant and having a small covid-rules friendly baby shower in June and need an outfit as I’ve been living in black leggings and long sleeve tops for my whole pregnancy.

I fancy a pair of Lucy and Yak dungarees as they would get more use before and after baby than a fancy dress.

Has anyone bought these and worn them in late pregnancy? Did they still look okay to wear after birth? I’m conscious after birth I’ll be still heavier than I was to start with but don’t want to look like they are faaaar too big.

Also how much did you size up from pre pregnancy size?

I was a 12 pre pregnancy. Now nearly 13 stone and 5ft 3 so unsure whether to go size for 14 or 16.

I never found my Lucy and yak dungarees in my normal size comfortable (pre pregnancy) as they were too tight lengthways. I'm 5ft 7. I've got a pair two sizes up from a family member at the moment and they're much more comfy. I'm only 20 weeks so suspect one size up would have been a bit more flattering right now but I imagine the current ones i have will work late pregnancy too.

Ooh I love Lucy and Yak dungas! I own a ridiculous amount of pairs Grin!! I sized up to the size above my usual on a pair of black dungas as my bump started growing, now I'm 32 weeks and they still fit comfortably! I'm 5"2 and pre-pregnancy a size 10. They are so fab and comfy!

I bought a pair pre-pregnancy and hated the fit of them. I have a tummy anyway before adding a baby in there and felt like I was strapped in! They were literally always up my bum.
