Early pregnancy pain

Hey ladies does anyone know what I can do to help with pelic, hip and back pain during early pregnancy (7+3) I'm in agony but midwife at appointment last week saod baby ok, anyone know how I can ease all this pain?

I've had this on & off for weeks (13wks now) I found having warm baths, paracetamol & a wheat bag on my back helped. Also resting as much as possible

Hot water bottle, paracetamol. I've had awful back aches I'm only 6 weeks with dc3 x

Deep tissue massage, a support belt, ice it, paracetamol.
