First period after miscarriage

Can anyone who had a miscarriage at approx 9 weeks remember how long it took for their first period to come back after their first day of miscarriage bleeding

I'm so sorry for your loss. My period came around 4 weeks later almost exactly when I would have expected it to after a miscarriage at the end of November at 9 weeks x

Was that 4 weeks after miscarriage first started or once it was over. So sorry for everyone loss x

I had a D&C at 9 weeks for a MMC and it took 8 weeks for period to return!

So sorry for your loss @19annie86 I had a miscarriage at 9 weeks in March and my period arrived 5 weeks 4 days after I first started spotting. I hope you're ok xx

I think it was 4 weeks from the end, but I only bled for around a week so there wasn't much in it. It was almost as if my body thought the miscarriage was a period.
