Colostrum harvesting

Baby is due in a week so thought I'd have a go at colostrum harvesting.

I've tried hand expressing and watched a few videos on it but can't get a drop! My boobs feel very normal though if that makes sense, not plumped up or fuller.

At what point do your breasts fuller? I can't remember from first time around.

Mine never came in until just after baby was born

I've ebf 3 DC and never been able to express much of anything.

You need to be relaxed, warm and comfortable. I used to have most success in the bath (because I gave up trying)

Mine didn’t feel full at all and I only managed to get out of left one 🤷🏻‍♀️

It took a bit of perseverance though, didn’t get anything first few tries, gave up after ten minutes. Then it started after a few days - keep giving it a try :) x
