Test line super strong

I did a pregnancy test on the day of predicted period and the test line was extremely stronger than the control line. Could this indicate twins. I have done a few more test and the test line is always super strong also have 3+on clear blue digital.

No. Pregnancy tests don't pick up twins.

No, home tests can not indicate a multiple pregnancy.
Early symptoms rarely do either, I felt worse in the 1st trimester with current singleton girl than I did our twin girls.

My line was a lot darker a lot faster this time with twins than my previous pregnancy with a singleton. May just have been a coincidence though.
