19 week stretching pains

I've already spoke to the midwife about this who said it's likely to be a growth spurt but to get back in touch if I have any bleeding.

I'm just wondering if other people have had stretching pains at 19 weeks? It's mainly across my lower abdomen and it feels like a burning sensation across my stomach. It does seem to go on and off but has been like this since Friday and my inner thighs and hips hurt me too so not sure if that's linked!

Feel like I'm having very faint baby movements but can't tell if it is or just normal inner body going's on

Interested to see if anyone else has similar to my ramblings on 😂

Yep had this last week at 18 weeks, thankfully it only lasted for 4 days.

@shivawn oh fab! Hope mine is similar, I'm on day 4 of it at the minute and feels a lot less noticeable than it has the past few days so fingers crossed they're on their way out!

@Sunflowerx fingers crossed for you! I had myself convinced I was going to be stuck with them for ages but I just woke up one morning and they were gone!

I had this at 25wks, I was told by the midwife to rest when possible, use a hot water bottle on hip of needed, take paracetamol (I don't like to) and sleep with a pillow to help support my bump at night. Mine stopped after a few days and I am still using pillows under bump while in bed so it hopefully helps it not come back 🙂

Pregnancy is just all fun and games isn't it 😂

I'll try using a pillow under my bump tonight and see how that helps, I've been using a pregnancy pillow which I think is a bit too wide for my hips/legs so I don't think thats helping me either!

I find regular pillows strategically placed around me works the best haha the pregnancy pillows are huge!
