Hi ladies 😀 I found out I was pregnant last Thursday and for about a week now I’ve had dull period cramps in my lower abdomen, lower back and the tops of my legs. Exactly where and how I get period pains just not anywhere near as bad. I’m 16 days past ovulation but 5 weeks and 1 day if I go from the start of my last period. I have got no bleeding at all. Just wondering if this is normal? I had a miscarriage in January so the slightest thing is worrying me. Thank you so

I had cramping at around 5 weeks, it was how I found out I was pregnant actually. Didn't last for too long.

Can be normal. You are safe to take paracetamol. Call the epu if you start bleeding. Good luck!

Heya! Congratulations! I also found out last week (I'm 4+6) and have been experiencing pretty much similar symptoms to yourself :)

I found out yesterday and I'm having the same symptoms

I 5+5 according to LMP but I think I'm a couple of days behind according to ovulation but I've been having the same symptoms my cramps seem to come and go so does the lower back pain, but definitely the same symptoms I think its normally.

I had a miscarriage in March so I get being worried about everything, I am exactly the same

Hi 18 weeks pregnant - the cramps lasted until about week 11 for me.
Like you I had a miscarriage with my first pregnancy And was really worried.
Try not to worry too much cramping is normal.
I had a mantra daily ‘no blood, everything is okay’
Thy is helps me with my anxiety - which I still have daily
