Hi all, currently 6 weeks pregnant with my second child and feel so dizzy. I felt so sick with my first baby that I can't remember if I was dizzy or not. This time round the sickness is a lot more mild but I keep going dizzy and sometimes it feels like I'm going to loose my balance, I'm a little worried. Is this normal? Thanks in advance x

I had very low blood pressure with dd1 around the 6 weeks mark, could it be that you think as your body has to rapidly adjust to the increase vascular demands but your lungs don't catch up for a while so you can be light headed and maybe dizzy?? Unless you have actually got vertigo? Maybe contact your gp if your worried xx

Came on to say what @sarahc336 has said above. Could be low blood pressure. Could also be low iron. I"d get checked out with the gp.

I absolutely second checking your iron levels. It's more common in subsea pregnancies. Please do make sure that you're supplementing.

I felt the same. I had a couple of days where I couldn't get out of bed without feeling like I was going to fall over, but then it went and I felt fine again. I'd get checked out just to be on the safe side though.
