30 weeks - Short sharp injection-like pain lasting only 30 seconds?

So earlier today I felt a short sharp pain just left of my belly button that only lasted around 30 seconds and I haven’t had it since. Best way I can describe it, is if someone told me I was getting an injection in my belly I’d have believed them. Not had a Braxton Hicks, wondered if this was them but a google/my MIL have convinced me this was not BH. Any ideas? Likely to be a normal third trimester ache/pain or could it be something more serious?

Should probably add I felt regular movement before and have since felt regular movement after the pain!

Sounds likely to be your muscles, ligaments or skin stretching, I'm 32 weeks and get this occasionally, it's horrible but nothing to worry about.
