HCG levels - stories

Hi all,

I had bloods done yesterday at 19dpo due to some cramping (no bleeding) and they came back low at 74. I'm pretty sure I implanted late at 10dpo, which means I was technically only 10 days pregnant when the bloods were taken - I got my first faint positive at 12dpo. Even so, I think this is all very worrying but my EPU nurse said we just need to give it time to grow. I guess she didn't want to upset me by giving it to me straight. If all goes the way I think it will, this will be my second miscarriage in two months.

Any stories of low levels leading to successful pregnancy or other outcomes?

@weathervane123 the first hcg result doesn't really matter, it's the second result that is important. As long as your levels are doubling every 48 hours, that is what matters. I know it's easier said than done, but please try not to stress ☺️ x
