Stomach pains every night, should I worry?

I am 22 weeks and every day from mid afternoon til bedtime I have a very sore tummy (for the last 2 or 3 weeks). The whole area above the belly button. It is sore to touch, sore to bend over, only lying down is comfortable. I'm pretty sure it's digestive pain, it feels a bit like after having a stomach bug, when you dont feel sick anymore but your insides just feel a bit inflamed and delicate. I also feel the more heartburn I have, the more that bit hurts too. Never have it in the morning.

Is it something to worry about? I can get by, it's not debilitating but I never had that in my first pregnancy. I do have the odd day without pain so it reassures me that it isn't acute/getting worse, just random. I'm trying to keep a food diary to see if there is an obvious culprit but no luck so far.

Anyone had similar?

Obviously get checked if you're worried

I did have the same though in my second pregnancy, very sore and bruised feeling over my bump.

Thank you for your response! Did yours continue until the end of pregnancy? I'm thinking about asking the doctor next week but appointments are mainly in the morning so I worry they will have nothing to check for as I never have any pain then. So odd!

I honestly can't remember! A lot of the pain was because baby got kind of stuck in a position and wouldn't move. He was kick and shuffle but always in the same spot. Labour was bad a s a result -hed go into distress if I did anything but lay on my left hand side.

Probably worth getting checked out generally. Perhaps pop a Rennie to see if it is just bad indigestion
