Mould and pregnancy

Come for some advice because I’ve done a stupid thing and I’m worried!
I was cleaning my shower with of those dishmatic things and antibacterial soap (like mrs hinch does) and I was going over the shower tray and the bottom and there was little black bits in the corners and I scrubbed and scrubbed and they weren’t coming off so I just assumed it was dirt and I’d tackle it with something stronger tomorrow because it’s late so I moved from the shower to my sink with the same sponge dishmatic thing and cleaned the sink and then wiped down the sink with an old towel but on further inspection I think that black stuff in my shower was mould? And I’ve maybe spread it by going from the shower tray to the sink now, I’ve used antibacterial wipes on the sink where I wiped it down with the sponge hopefully to get rid of any cross contamination but I’ve also put that old towel in the washing basket with all my other things (it’s gone straight in the wash now) but it’s been sitting there because I didn’t think anything of it!
But I’m freaking out a little bit now that I’ve just spread mould around my bathroom while nearly 25 weeks pregnant! Sorry for the long post.

@fedup247 you'll be fine, you've wiped down the surfaces now with anti bac and everything is in the wash. A little bit of mould isn't going to hurt you. Are you anxious generally during pregnancy? I am so can understand how this would be playing on your mind, but want to offer hand hold and say it will be okay xx

Thank you for replying! Oh god yeah since being pregnant I’ve become really anxious, just really worried that I’ve breathed in spores and I’ve hurt my baby, I’ve read up some really scary things that mould can do while pregnant 😩
Thank you so much xx

It was wet? If so any spores wouldn't have been floating around.

I’ve worried about mould several times in pregnancy and basically just realised that everyone must be exposed to a little bit throughout it’s not really avoidable! For example I threw away a mouldy orange a few months ago and all the mould basically puffed up into the air which really worried me but it’s done now and baby has been absolutely fine since. It was only a little bit and obviously I moved out of the way quickly then opened a window. Or mould growing on flowers in vases (which seem to me to appear very suddenly), mould in peoples bathrooms etc. It’s impossible to completely avoid it and I would think it’s only if you’re exposed to a lot regularly that it’s a problem.
