I'm currently 15 weeks 5 days, and I'm not really having any symptoms anymore. 1st trimester I was done for. Constant nausea and food aversions. Now that's gone besides heartburn.
This is my 4th pregnancy, but the only one that's gotten this far. My third one was ectopic and the first two were chemicals.
I'm starting to get a little anxious because I've heard others have silent miscarriages, and I'm scared something could be wrong. I have my next appointment in a week. Had anyone else experience this before??

No symptoms here at all, other than constipation in my first trimester. Other than a bit of tiredness (later diagnosed low iron stores) i sailed through the whole thing without really ever feeling pregnant. Now 38 weeks and still feeling pretty good. I also had 2 miscarriages, one at 5 weeks and one at 11 and with both of those I had lots of the regular symptoms, but nothing with this successful one so in my experience the symptoms mean nothing.
Easier said than done but try to relax!

@MrsNorris15 congratulations!

I had a missed miscarriage in my first pregnancy. I'd seen a heartbeat at a scan and then at the next, it had stopped. My symptoms never stopped either. When you have a missed miscarriage, your body doesn't realise that it has lost the baby, so still pumps round all the hormones that make you feel rubbish. My morning sickness/tiredness/sore boobs didn't go until I went in for surgical management at 12 weeks and lost the baby in the 8th.

In my second pregnancy with my now daughter, I had the same symptoms but they disappeared overnight at 16+2. I was so worried but it was fine and the placenta had just taken over and this is more than 99% likely for you too! It's a myth that symptoms go at 12 weeks and just worries people later on.
