Negative Pregnancy Test after Miscarriage

My bleeding first started about 18 days ago, think tissue passed approx 13 days ago, have stopped bleeding. Did pregnancy test this morning and it shows not pregnancy which is a good sign in terms of all tissue being now gone. I'm just happy I dont have to get a d and c done

So sorry for your loss I remember after my mc last year wishing for a negative test, first time that's ever been the case! Take your time to heal & process what's happened x

I know having to take a test after miscarriage messes with your head so much
