Hi there,
I am an experienced massage therapist working in Watford and currently doing post-graduate training in ante-natal massage with a fabulous school called 'Well Mother', check them out at www.wellmother.org
As I'm sure you're aware pregnancy can be a fantastic time to get massage; there are loads of benefits including relieving aches and pains, helping to create a strong bond with the baby, helping to relieve water retention, boosting energy levels and reviving frazzled nerves to name a few. I had massage during my pregnancies and found it to be very beneficial for me and the babies.
Now I'm returning to work after maternity leave I am inviting clients at all stages of pregnancy to come for sessions at a reduced rate so I can do my case studies.
This means making a commitment to four sessions which are then written for my teacher to assess. There'll be nothing there to identify you and the papers are destroyed once she's looked at them.
It would be great to hear from anyone who wants to know more. I'm working Monday daytime and eve.
