I am 9 weeks and finding it so funny - well I say funny - it's annoying, but I am literally cooking a meal and then having to give it to my partner as extra because once I have cooked it - it makes me feel sick and I have to make something else.

Yesterday I made sausage and mash and I just couldn't bring myself to eat it, although I love it usually, so instead I had to make porridge and ate that.

It's just crazy, I'm doing the food shop, seeing things I fancy and picking it up, but then a week or so later seeing it in the freezer - things I usually live by the way I am a massive foodie - and it is just making me feel sick!

I felt the exact same way. I’d make dinner then when I go to eat it and the thought of eating hot food just made me feel so ill. It has passed though. I’ve felt this way throughout the whole first trimester, I’m 14 weeks now and can eat food without feeling sick at the thought of it. Only thing I still can’t face is a cup of tea and I used to love tea before I got pregnant 🤦‍♀️

Oh my gosh yes! What is it with the cup of tea! I used to never be able to survive a morning at work without one! Now I reach for a bottle of feeezing cold water or a yoghurt drink. Tea or coffee is just not as satisfying at the minute for whatever reason.
