I am currently 6 weeks pregnant and have had cramps for the last 2 weeks. They've been periods like cramps and have come and gone throughout the day.
However, today I have started getting little niggly twinges on my right hand side which seem to be more frequent when I'm laid on my left hand side. It's not painful just a bit weird.
Has anyone else experienced this and should I be worried?
