Shooting sharp pain left side 5 months

Hello I have just recently today started getting a shooting sharp stabbing like pain on my left side of my stomach/ left side of womb area I'm 5 months pregnant and keep trying to research if this is ok or not has anyone else experienced this at this stage of pregnancy?

Hi when I was pregnant I got a stabbing pain if I sneezed or moved a different way. I think it was muscles stretching, that’s what I put it down to anyway. Not sure if it’s the same thing. But I remember the pain taking my breath away at times.
