SPD / Round ligament pain / neither?

19 weeks with number two.
With number one I had some sciatic pain on one side and round ligament pain which would feel like a stitch and knock the breath from me, but as soon as I stood still it would stop; so I would just stand around awkwardly (but painlessly) until I could move again.

Today, I had to leave the supermarket mid shop as the pain was so bad. I was groaning whilst driving home and thought I was going to have to go the hospital! Got home and laid on my side for a bit and it’s stopped. The pain today was a low, left side cramp, almost like a contraction / period pain but constant.

I keep getting these abdominal pains, somethings an annoyance, sometimes painful, today was the worst. Sometimes one side, sometimes both sides, sometimes just the general abdominal area, always relatively low.
I have the sciatic pain again on the left side but am now getting twinges in my mid back on the right hand side. I thought maybe a UTI in the week but dr dipped my urine and no infection seen. My left leg (sciatic side) now feels a bit like it might drop off Grin which is making me think spd.
I have my anomaly scan on Monday so hoping I might see someone that I can discuss it with.
It’s all so non-specific and intermittent but when it’s bad, it’s BAD. I’m not necessarily worried for mine or baby’s safety but would like to know what’s going on and if it’s a ‘rest’ thing or ‘movement’ thing.

Any thoughts?

I had very bad SPD and it didn't feel like your pain. More like a sprained pelvic bone, a bit like when you've sat on a hard bike seat when you're not used to it.

Anyway bumping for you!
