Anyone drinking bone broth?

Why would you? Why wouldn't you?? It's a real non issue and a trendy fad that's even passed now?

It's just stock with a hipster name...

I can't think of any guidance from the NHS that would say it's unsafe in pregnancy, and if it tickles your pregnant taste buds, go for it.
Personally it makes me feel sad, the kind of thing my mum would have scraped together due to lack of opportunity to buy us enough food.

It’s widely used after childbirth in the Asian culture to help your body recover and to give you strength.
There’s nothing wrong with taking it during pregnancy.

It's the basis for any delicious homemade soup.

I’ve heard it’s reasonably good for morning sickness, if you’re struggling with food.

I haven't personally but I guess it would taste good with some actual food in there.

Just eat food?
